First off you should check to see if you are eligible, if you are you should be greeted by a message once you login to the website.

Once on this page you select the plan you wish to upgrade to. Please note that the "Gourmet Box" will get lower priority when deploying the upgrades so a spot is not guaranteed when you pick that plan.

When the new servers get delivered and we start deploying a few things will happen. You will receive an email notifying you that you will be redeployed to the new server soon and that you should backup any files you wish to keep. Once your account is deployed we will generate two invoices. One with a credit amount for the time that was left on your original account. And one normal invoice for the new box on the new servers. You might have access to both accounts for a short while because we will leave your old account running till the expire date for your old server at server.lu. We will show you this date once we know for a fact that your server is being cancelled and when.
